Verified training

Every run produces a custody record: pickup timestamp, courier identification, seal check, and timestamped proof of delivery with recipient verification. Temperature-sensitive cargo gets logged readings in transit.
Custody records are retained for six years, in line with HIPAA documentation requirements. If you ever need to reconstruct a run, the record exists.
