How It Works

Four steps, every run, no exceptions.

The process is the product. This is what happens between your bench and the lab's accessioning desk.

    Sealed pickupPackage and seal integrity verified at your facility. An improperly sealed or leaking package gets refused and flagged, not quietly carried.
  2. 02
    Custody logA timestamped custody record opens at pickup: what was collected, when, by whom. The record follows the cargo, not the other way around.
  3. 03
    Monitored transitDirect transport in a dedicated vehicle. Temperature-sensitive cargo travels in validated containers with logged readings.
  4. 04
    Verified deliveryRecipient verified at hand-off, delivery timestamped, proof of delivery recorded. The custody record closes complete.

When something goes wrong

  • A missed or delayed pickup gets a phone call, not a surprise
  • Damaged or non-conforming packages are documented and reported immediately
  • Escalation goes to the owner. There is no phone tree.

Exception handling is defined in the SLA before the first run, so nobody is improvising during an incident.

Onboarding a new facility

1. Paperwork first

BAA signed, COI issued with your facility as additional insured, W-9 delivered. Your vendor file completes before the first pickup.

2. Route walkthrough

Pickup points, windows, contacts, and specimen types confirmed on site. The SLA gets written from what your facility actually does.

3. First run, supervised

The first pickups run with extra confirmation at both ends until your team is comfortable. Then it just runs.
